A little while ago I reviewed the first book in this series with the promise of finishing the trilogy soon – well here we are!  This is a unique group of books in that each one has a different tone, plot and focus, yet the main characters remain the same and their personal goals are only slightly adjusted to the new stories.  I liked it.  There was never a dull moment and the variety helped the characters grow.  Without giving away too much let’s just say the smoldering between the characters is a consistent backstory, and there is more brought to light about Ben and his background. 

Sometimes I like to stop and give each book of a trilogy some space but with this set I really liked jumping out of one and right into the next – especially with the uniqueness of each. And frankly, at this price – why not just grab this whole boxed set!
