It’s that time of year when everyone starts searching for the perfect beach read, and this one deserves a spot in your beach bag. With plenty of fun, romance, intrigue, just the right amount of angst, and characters who feel like people you could actually know, it has all the ingredients for an enjoyable summer escape.

I’ll admit, I’m not a huge romance reader. Too often the romance is the entire story, and I’m left wishing there was more depth. That definitely isn’t the case here. Beneath the chemistry and heart-fluttering moments is a well-crafted story that keeps the pages turning. The romance complements the plot instead of overshadowing it, making the emotional payoff that much more satisfying.

Whether you’re headed to the beach, relaxing by the pool, or simply looking for a feel-good escape at the end of a long day, this is a story that delivers. If you enjoy romance with substance, memorable characters, and a plot that carries you all the way to the final page, this one is well worth the read.
